Was in the main restaurant for a few months, groomed myself to handle large number of guesthouse hour. POS billing, buffet tags preparation, checking of buffet, marking rooming lists etc. were the main job roles in the main restaurant, I was transferred to the rooftop bar and I got the opportunity to learn cocktails, tapas, service sequence of a fast moving bar. Was also allocate pool bar where I had to make sure the day revenue was done by up-selling, suggestive selling and encouraging guests to consume food and beverages.
