I have worked in "LONG FENG" Restaurant. Cuisine is authentic Cheesiness food.I did split shift and have gained experience,
- Greeting and seating
- How to present the beverage and food menu
- How to take the order and placed the order
- how to do upselling,crosselling
- how do raised the bills and setlements
When I was doing my industrial training,started to experiment to find my passion.I have participated
in-house Cocktail Competition called by "COSMO"
My culinary competition began from here.
